Who has accounts?

League administration may have accounts set up.  This must be done by or at the request of the league office.

All coaches will have accounts set up automatically when they are added as a coach of the team.

How do I get my username and password?

Your account is tied to your email address which must have been entered by the league office into the system.  Assuming it is on file, go to the "Login" page (link at the top right of the screen).  From there look for the link to the initialize account/ forgotten password link.  On that page you will enter your email address (both your primary or your secondary if on file should work).   When you submit on that page, the system will send you an email containing a customized link.  The email should arrive within a few minutes.  That randomly generated link in the email will take you to a page on the site where you will be able to chose your own username and password.  Note that this link must be used within 24 hours of being generated or it will expire.

I forgot my password - now what?

You can use the same procedure as you used to initialize your account at any time to reset your username and password.

Can I change my password?

Of course.  When you are logged onto the website, underneath the logout link is an "Account Info" link.  There you can change your username and password at any time.

I tried the wrong password too many times?

As a security measure, the system is set up such that if the wrong password is tried too many times, it effectively locks out the account for about half hour.  Basically whenever there are at least 3 failed logins in the last 30 minutes, it won't let you log in even with the correct information.
